Is there a free trial?
Yes. Starter and Professional plans include a 14-day free trial with full feature access — no credit card required. Enterprise pilots are arranged directly with our team and typically run 4–6 weeks with dedicated onboarding support.
Can I change plans mid-subscription?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal date. There are no penalties for changing plans — we want your subscription to match your actual needs.
What counts as an "endpoint"?
An endpoint is any monitored device, server, container, or cloud workload. Network zones, identity providers, and API surfaces are counted separately and documented in your Order Form. We work with you during onboarding to scope this accurately before billing begins.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans are billed upfront for the full 12-month term and receive a 20% discount versus monthly billing. We issue a single invoice at the start of the term. Enterprise customers may negotiate quarterly invoicing for larger contracts.
Do you offer nonprofit or education pricing?
Yes. Verified nonprofits, NGOs, and educational institutions qualify for a 30% discount on Starter and Professional plans. Contact our team with proof of status and we'll apply the discount to your account before your trial ends.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export all your data before cancellation. After account termination, we retain data for 30 days in case you need to reactivate, then delete it permanently per our Privacy Policy. Enterprise customers can request immediate deletion.
